First voice a new member hears. You run onboarding calls, untangle funding questions and translate platform features into everyday language. Strong written English and genuine patience matter more than a finance background; we teach the product.
You own verification queues, enhanced due diligence cases and records that stand up to supervision. Experience with AML/CFT obligations in a reporting entity is expected; legal or audit training is a plus.
Plan and run paid campaigns across search and social for the New Zealand and Australia markets. You will live in the numbers, write clear ad copy, and work with the support team so promises and reality stay aligned.
Support the analysis engine team with market data quality checks, strategy performance reporting and ad-hoc studies. SQL basics and healthy scepticism required; we coach the rest, including the finance.
Carry a portfolio of members from first call to confident investor: setup, strategy choices, check-ins and honest conversations in flat months. Empathy, numeracy and tidy notes. All our account managers complete risk-communication training before their first call.
