A New Zealand platform built for calmer investing
Suretiform is a technology platform developed to help people interested in investing understand the market better and make more considered decisions. We value clarity, transparency and security, and we aim to create an environment where users can act calmly even in fast-moving markets, supported by information, analytical tools and prompt human help.
Since 2020 we have grown from a small Auckland analysis desk to a platform serving thousands of members across New Zealand and Australia, without changing the founding idea: the technology should do the watching, and a person should always be one phone call away.

Our mission, in plain words
What we are trying to do for the everyday New Zealand investor, and just as importantly, what we refuse to do.
What we do
We put institutional-grade market watching into an ordinary person's hands. The engine scans prices, volumes and volatility continuously, follows probability-based models built and reviewed by our analysis team, and manages strategies to the guardrails each member sets. Then we explain what happened in language that does not require a finance degree.
What we refuse to do
We do not promise returns, we do not hide fees in fine print, and we do not portray automation as magic. Every member hears the same message before their first deposit: markets move against positions as well as for them, and only money you can afford to have at risk belongs on the platform.
Five years of building the platform
Each year brought one clear improvement for members. This is the short version of how Suretiform became what it is today.
Three numbers give the shape of today's platform: members across New Zealand and Australia, a support team working Auckland hours in one office, and an analysis engine that has been rebuilt once and retrained continuously since. The timeline below is the fuller story, one honest step per year, including the steps that were responses to mistakes as much as plans.
- 2020
Suretiform is founded in Auckland as a small analysis desk serving local private investors, combining probability-based market research with a simple dashboard for members.
- 2021
The first generation of the automation engine goes live: members can follow prepared strategies on major currency pairs and gold without placing each trade by hand.
- 2022
Identity verification and compliance workflows are rebuilt around the applicable New Zealand framework, and a dedicated Client Support & Compliance department opens on Albert Street.
- 2023
AI market scanning extends to digital assets and global share indices, with risk controls that can pause trading when volatility rises beyond set thresholds.
- 2024
The platform passes 10,000 registered members across New Zealand and Australia, and the personal manager programme pairs every new member with a named support contact.
How we work day to day
Culture is what happens when nobody is watching, so we wrote down what we expect to see when we are not.
Say the plain thing
Every report, alert and email is written to be understood the first time. If a sentence needs a finance dictionary, it comes back for a rewrite.
Name the risk early
Bad news travels first here. A drawdown, a bug or a delay reaches members before the polish does, because trust compounds faster than spin.
Answer like a person
Support replies carry a name, a direct answer and an honest "we do not know yet" when that is the truth. Members can tell the difference, and so can we.
